How long does it take to transfer my digital files over the internet?
Transfer speed is determined by several factors: internet connection (broadband vs. dialup), file size, and even time of day (on some networks). If you have a fast connection and have compressed your files, it should take a few minutes. If, on the other hand, you have a slow internet connection, a large uncompressed file, or a flaky ISP, please consider mailing us a disk overnight. You can determine the approximate quality and speed of your internet connection .

Should I compress my digital files prior to uploading them? Why? How?
Yes. Whenever you send files over the internet, they can become damaged as your data bounces around the globe. To protect your files from data corruption, you should compress them using Aladdin DropStuff (Mac) or WinZip (PC).

I don't know how to submit a digital file, what other options do I have?
You should consider having us design your layout for you according to your detailed instructions.

What file format do I submit my files in?
The file formats we accept are determined by the graphic design application you use. Please visit our Digital Files for details.

Do you accept CD or Zip Disks sent in the mail?
Yes. We accept 100 MB Zip Disks and CD's.

Could I just email my files?
No. Please do not submit files via email. Email is not a reliable method to send us your digital files and may delay your order. Again, please upload your digital files to us instead of emailing them. If you need to replace or add a digital file simple go to our resubmission page.
