What is your regular turnaround time?
Our normal production turnaround time on PRINT ONLY orders is 4-7 business days. Your order will be shipped on the business day following the completion of production. Please note: shipping transit and delivery times do not include weekends.

In order to ensure that your order will be completed and shipped in a timely manor. We must receive all your necessary materials to start production on your order by 12:00 noon EST.

Does design add to my turnaround time ?
Our graphics design department creates original designs for your project based on your company identity and industry. The typical turnaround times on design are dependant on your ability to interact and respond to our team with materials and approvals. No job will go into print production without your written approval. Typical turnaround time on Business card and Postcard/Flyer design is 3-4 business days. Catalog sheets and brochures require more design time. Please feel free to contact Customer Service at 866-589-7661 to discuss your project with so we may give you an estimated turnaround time for your project.

Can I receive my order any faster?
We make it our top priority to meet the turnaround time of your order and will make every effort to get it to you even faster if we can. Note that timelines on your part are also a necessary ingredient to this success — It is essential that you respond to any requests or approvals we send you as soon as possible to ensure that your order is not delayed.

When does my turnaround begin?
Once we receive ALL of your materials (mailed or uploaded) by 12:00 noon on any business day, the following business day is day 1 of your turnaround.

Can I have my order shipped any faster?
Normally, at the point of order approval, you may upgrade your shipping which will get your order to you earlier. Please feel free to contact Customer Service to upgrade your shipping. 866-589-7661 toll free.

Time isn't important, can I save money by shipping via ground?
Yes, paper is very dense and heavy.Ground shipping is by far the most economic method for shipping your order.

May I use my own shipping account?
At this time we do not offer shipping on your account due to issues reguarding UPS and FEDEX billing practices and loss and damage claims.

How do I ensure a fast turnaround time?
Timeliness on your part is necessary to ensure a fast turnaround time — It is essential that you respond to any requests or approvals we send you as soon as possible to ensure that your order is not delayed. Also be sure to label any materials, emails, or other communication with your job number. This makes it easier to identify orders and speed them through production.
