• FTP Upload — Manually connect to our FTP server and drop your files. You can contact Customer Service for FTP login information 866-589-7661 toll free.

          Please do not email your files.

You may resubmit or update your digital files until your job status has not changed to "Printing". Once your job status has been changed to "Printing" your job has been plated for press and is ineligible for resubmission or update. If your job has gone to "Printing" and you require changes you must submit a new order.
