What paper stock do you print on?
We use 10pt and 12pt card stock with a brightness rating of 91 for business cards post cards and flyers. The paper is coated on both sides before printing, and an additional UV Coating may be added to both sides in the final stages of printing. You may only choose this option for coating at the time you place your order or prior to your job going to print.
Booklets, Brochures, Posters and catalog sheets are printed on 100LB Glossy text wieght paper.The paper is coated on both sides before printing, and an additional Varnish Coating may be added to both sides in the final stages of printing. You may only choose this option for coating at the time you place your order or prior to your job going to print.
What kind of press do you use?
We use a 5 color Mitsubishi's Diamond Series 28x40 sheet-fed press with an inline UV coater for 10pt and 12pt products and a standard 5 color Mitsubishi's Diamond Series 28x40 sheet-fed press for jobs printed on Text weight papers. We also have 5 color Heidelberg MO 19x25 for smaller or specialty runs.
What kind of inks do you use?
All of our products are printed with petroleum/soy-based 4-color CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, & Black) inks specifically formulated for our equiptment and turnaround requirements.
What line screen do you print with?
We print with a 200 line screen (lines per inch),
Can I request custom (spot) inks?
Yes. We print using the 4-color process, meaning that all of our products are printed with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks. We can for an additional cost add spot colors to your order. Please contact Customer service for a price quote at 866-589-7661 toll free.
What kinds of finish (coating) can I get?
We offer a non-toxic aqueous coating and a UV coating on certain products for an additional cost.
Do you offer any design services?
We do not offer creative design services, we are able to assist with your layout ideas to build an effective promotional piece. Please contact our Customer Service staff for details: 866-58-7661 toll free.
Can you score and fold my card?
Yes. In most cases we can score and fold your order for you. In some cases, due to limitations of our bindery process, we can score your card, but not complete the fold. You will be informed if your order falls into this category.
What bindery services do you offer?

Do you print in full color on the backside?
Yes. we print 4/4 printing (color front, Color back) for all products unless otherwise specified. Please see the " Products and Pricing " page for more information.
