What's my final cost? The total cost indicated at the end of the ordering process may not be the final cost. This is due to unforeseen production issues such as resubmissions, excessive design changes, shipping upgrades, etc. You will see a detailed list of design, print, and shipping charges at the end of the ordering process. Any additional charges will be billed on a seperate invoice. When will my credit card get charged? Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Can I use a credit card with someone else's name? Yes, we are able to bill a third party's credit card. Please be aware that you are responsible for payment of the order. Do you accept purchase orders? You may send us a copy of your purchase order, but please note, Design Majik will not start any work until payment is recieved. Do you accept Terms? (can you bill me?) No. Design Majik requires payment in full at the time you place your order. We accept Company check, money order, Western Union, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If paying by Company check, Money Order, or Western Union, Please contact Customer Service before placing your order. Is my information secure? Yes. We use a Thawte Certificate to authenticate and encrypt all your valuable information. |
